This page explains how Prophetic Blessings uses your information, and the simple terms for giving and joining our programmes. Prophetic Blessings is run by Prophet Jerome Mensah in London, UK. If you have any questions, email [email protected].

1. What we collect

• Your first name and email address when you sign up for free content or a waiting list.
• Your WhatsApp number, only if you choose to give it.
• Your name, email and message when you contact us.
• Payment details when you give or join a paid programme. These are handled by our payment providers (such as Stripe and Donorbox). We never see or store your full card number.

2. How we use it

• To send you what you asked for, such as the free daily word, reminders and replies.
• To tell you about live prayer, teaching and programmes, if you said yes to updates.
• To process gifts and payments and send receipts.

We never sell your information. We only share it with the trusted services that help us run this work, such as our email, website and payment providers.

3. Your choices

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information by emailing us. We keep your information only as long as we need it. If you are unhappy with how we use your information, you can contact the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

4. Cookies

Our website uses a small number of cookies so that pages and forms work properly and so we can see how many people visit.

5. Giving

Prophetic Blessings is a ministry business, not a registered charity. Gifts are not charitable donations and are not eligible for Gift Aid. You choose how much to give, one time or monthly. We never sell personal prophecy, and a gift never buys a word from God.

6. Refunds

If you give by mistake, or give the wrong amount, email us within 14 days and we will refund you. Monthly gifts can be stopped at any time, and you will not be charged again.

7. Paid programmes

Paid memberships, such as the School of the Prophets, are monthly and you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the month you have paid for. Under UK law you may cancel within 14 days of first joining for a full refund. Prophetic Edge is sold on getpropheticedge.com and has its own terms.

8. Our teaching

Our teaching and prayer are for spiritual encouragement. They are not medical, legal or financial advice. Please keep seeing your doctor and taking any treatment they give you. We pray in faith, but we never promise results that only God can give.
